All staff members were incredibly respectful of me and my needs. While I wanted treatment soon, I appreciated that I wasn't rushed or pushed to act before I was ready. The only trouble we had was with insurance, which ended up being a miscommunication between the surgical team and my carrier, and it was solved within the week.

Everyone is very friendly and good at their jobs! All my pre- and post-op appointments have been helpful and, and on the day of my surgery everyone made me feel very comfortable and cared for. The results of my surgery are amazing. It has genuinely changed my life in ways I could not have expected. Before getting surgery, I had some doubts and was afraid I might regret it, but there honestly has not been a single downside. The only thing I would say is that they are not the fastest at responding to emails or phone calls, but that is kind of what I expect from medical professionals.
