The office was chaotic. Dr Kleese ran a half hour late and when I met w/ him he was distracted, argumentative, immature and showed no willingness to learn new areas so that he could manage a patient’s care. Dr Kleese knew my medical profile for over 3 months and yet never called to say on further reflection he could not meet my patient needs
