Neglectful. My mom just died two days ago and she was in Lincoln Hills for two weeks. Was about to go home and they let her vomit overnight and never checked in on her. The vomit was described as Coffee Ground Emesis or Coffee Ground Vomit. She was rushed to the hospital and they found that she had Eroded Esophagus and Gastritis. When I spoke to the representative from Lincoln Hills and told them they had left my mother to vomit and entire night and only checked on her in the morning when they discovered her vomiting, the person said, "Sorry about that." Yeah, DO NOT put your loved ones here. My mom was sent to Providence on Charlestown Rd for Hospice, and they took such great care of her. They treated her like a human being. Lincoln Hills is understaffed. My daughter walked in, waited for someone at the front desk, decided to just go to her grandmother's room, drop off water, and walked out of the building and no one knew. NEVER, EVER put your loved ones in this place.
