My primary doctor is excellent but service from this facility is poor. Obtaining prescription refills can be difficult and frustrating for myself and my pharmacist. It once required intervention from an outside advocate as I was out of my critical medication for days with no help from anyone at the facility even though they were aware that I needed the meds.
Nuvance is also quick to complain about a missed appointment without the facts (no response to phone call - no leave a message service - no follow up contact). Am looking for doctor not associated with Nuvance. 😣
