I have attended this Imaging center twice and both times I have received good service, especially from Jay. He explains everything very well and know how to put a patient at ease. He's very easy to talk to.
i had a recent scare with some potential heart/vascular issues, and my primary sent me to boardwalk diagnostics in irving. they got me in quickly, and the echocardiogram tech, Jay was very informative, and patient with me, as i was quite nervous about my potential condition. he didnt rush, he wanted to make me feel "less nervous" about my worries of what might be wrong with my heart. he explained some things to me to help me understand what the echocardiogram does. also, the front staff were very polite and efficient in checkin me in.
Horrible experience with the sleep lab, from scheduling, (they canceled on me TWICE last minute!!!) to the Tech Jacob who LIED to me about talking to my doctor and forced me to leave a test early. However the facility BILLED my insurance, so I can’t have the test redone. Especially by the end of this year!
