Didn't contact me back in time about a work related request. Misdiagnosed me when I was suffering from Flouroquinolone toxicity bc I didn't want the flu vaccine and was having multiple symptoms. He yelled at me on the phone when i mentioned him not calling me back in a timely manner and how that caused me work related problems. I have never met him in person. If you're a neurologist, you should assess patients for past use of Flouroquinolones bc they can definitely cause neurotoxicity along with all the inflammation and damage my MRIs clearly showed. I hope he reads this and uses it to improve his practice. I was afraid the flu vaccine caused my symptoms bc I took it around the same time. Pretty shameful how I was treated. I will briefly mention the spiteful letter he sent me in the mail claiming I has an anxiety disorder when he's never met me and couldn't even give me a proper diagnosis.
