I have been a patient for years and just found out she has moved without any letter or phone calls! I’m with out my medicine that I’m really in need of.Thats unexplainable for on her part! I would have expected more from them as a Doctor? How do you just pick up your practice and move to another part of town and not contact your patient with your new address or phone number! I’m very unhappy about the way you have done that. You need to change your information because it’s still saying that you are on Kelnor Dr in Grove City .
