The doctor is very caring. She patiently answers my questions and concerns. She also shares some non-medical tips on how to care for the baby.

My ultrasound tech Evelyn was a amazing! She was very kind and her empathy was right on time. She reassured me that everything will be okay, and was able to calm my nervousness. I was having some minor complication with early sonograms. As to why I had 3 ultrasounds in 3 weeks. The first ultra sound was with another tech that was not so kind and was very impersonal. She defiantly adds value to this office and I feel a lot better leaving then I came because of her! You rock Evelyn!

Veronica and Dr. Zhou are AMAZING! They took their time to answer all of my questions, they were encouraging, and so supportive! This was an extremely emotional and anxious time for me, and these two women eased all of my anxieties. I am looking forward to my next appointment already!

Front desk staff Valerie and Odemaris was very inviting upon my entrance into the office. Everyone seemed eager to assist me. I checked in on time and I only waited 15 minutes to be called back. Service was prompt. I checked out with Courtney she made sure I scheduled my next appointment and made me aware that I would be contacted prior to the future appointment as a reminder.

Every member of the staff was awesome and nice and treated us with outstanding service. So happy that they were able to take care of us and keep us informed with everything concerning our growing baby!
