The appointment was on-time! The front desk was very friendly and efficient. Rosie went out of her way to make me feel welcomed as a first-time patient. She explained how the appointment would work and was very detailed. Dr. Zhou was very willing to to answer any questions or concerns I had. Both Dr. Zhou and Rosie were professional and made the entire experience of going to the doctor pleasant and enjoyable. It is clear that the providers are proactively redefining a patient's experience with their healthcare providers.

Evelyn was an awesome sonographer!!! She caught such amazing pictures of my little one icluding one of her sucking on her little toes. I went to a different location to get my 4d done originally and had to go twice without any luck on a clear US. She was so sweet and helped me a lot with my concerns of my daughters cleft lip and went out of her way to make me comfortable and happy. She has a true talent and my US print outs look like they were an actual snap shot of her face!

Our visit was fab... Evelyn is a sweetheart . She made the ultrasound experience totally cool and showed the baby's features to perfection. She was patient to answer some of our questions and put us at ease by giving her expert opinion on the good health of the baby. Thank you and the team very much.
