Worst Physical therapy office I've visited in my life. The doctor is fixated on how much he can get from your insurance, not on your concerns or care and treats you like you know nothing and whatever he says is the ultimate truth. I'm a healthcare provider myself and nowhere I saw such communication level and disrespect. Front desk lady is another piece of work who questions you on why she wasn't able to reach you on the phone and ends up sending you to a cold room while there are warmer rooms available but not for you but for more elderly ladies that are not even there while your appointment time is 9 am and you came at 8.50 am, but still, nobody cares about your appointment time or anything else, there will be "babushkas" with Medicaid or Medicare coming to a warmer room which is crazy, unethical and weird logic. Moreover, at first they schedule my appointmens as 2 times per week, then the doctor says that PT can be done only once a week which is total absurd and cancels my appointments. He also says that 1199 only pays him about $50 by telling me that it doesn't worth it for him to waste his time on me and wants to show me the paper with the amount that my insurance pays him. So, maybe, if you are not happy with this insurance, maybe you should not accept it, so we 1199 members are not humiliated by you?? Well, I would not recommend anybody who has 1199 insurance to visit this office definitely and if you don't want to be given false information and treated unfairly.
