FIH was so great to work with. IVF is a crazy thing to go through but they made it feel much more manageable than I thought it would be. They were quick to respond to my many questions and was professional and honest with all their information. I had to commute from off island and they really tried to make it as easy as possible. Thank you guys!!!

Unparalleled. In the hardest years of my life you have all been a beacon of hope. We quite literally could not have done this without you all. From the front desk staff, to the MAs, to the lab, to Zoey, to Silivia, to Dr. Fraterelli - you have all been so kind to us. I have NEVER had a bad encounter with any staff members. Though this journey was long, I never felt alone, and for that I am so grateful. Infertility has a way of isolating you but this office has felt like home. Thank you for dedicating your times and lives to this specialty.

Our experience here at The Fertility Institute of Hawaii has been nothing but amazing. Everyday felt warm from the welcoming receptionists with their kind hellos, to the gentle and efficient phlebotomist. Every ultrasound scan was informative, and we were always taken great care of. Absolutely recommend!

Since I became a patient. The contact was amazing. One minus that I could see deferent personal every time without informing me that doctor is an available. But late I addressed it and my coordinator send me hands up about the changes. I just prefer consistency and be ready 😁

We had a wonderful experience at Fertility Institute of Hawaii. The staff was outstanding and made us feel very comfortable. They were very helpful and knowledgeable.

Everything was perfect. I really liked the front desk. I felt more comfortable here than with Kaiser, and I trusted Dr. John. I appreciate the speed that they work at. I don’t feel like my time is being wasted. I also liked that they provided photos for ultrasounds.
