Hard to find, online address is incorrect. Went in early, as told, to fill out paperwork. Stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes before sitting down, as there was no one showing up, and the receptionist that was there belonged to the other business they share the building with. Sat in the waiting room for almost 45 minutes, past the time of my appointment. Finally, someone came up, and when they did, they called the wrong name. I decided to leave and search out better service.
For a first time patient, not having anyone to greet you / set you up with what is needed for paperwork, making you wait well past your appointment time, then getting your patient's name wrong- utterly unprofessional. As someone who has worked in the health care field for several decades, this is unacceptable patient care.
