I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. It took me forever to get there and I kept getting lost. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. I had an appointment recently for the first time in a few years & the staff there were very cocky & rude towards me & it made me feel so uneasy! This really surprised me because a few years ago they all seemed so nice to me. Even Dr. Bell himself has become very cocky - he more than let me know that he was too busy for me during my visit I had recently. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. It's really a shame that a doctor who I always spoke & thought so highly of has changed in such negative ways (especially his staff). After my last appointment, I decided to never return to this doctor ever again because I refuse to be treated so badly & disrespected! Their professionalism is definitely not up to par.
