I loved Dr. Nackley and would absolutely recommend her to anyone. My overall experience with office staff and the nurses who completed monitoring was a little less positive. I felt like I was rushed through a lot of processes, and given very little information. One example, when my first IUI was timed incorrectly, Chelsea said something along the lines of 'it did not work' and then left the room with no other commentary, information or where I should go next. There were a couple of moments like this where I would be lost in the halls trying to figure out where to go or who to see. Outside of the the complications with scheduling/ receiving comprehensive information I am very grateful for the care I received from Dr. Nackley and oen time from Dr. Thomas, I really appreciate the care and empathy from the both of them, and of course successful treatment.

Since meeting Dr Nackley she has had gentle and caring bed side manor. We have enjoyed her honesty through the process and shared excitement with our success. We have recommend Dr Nackley to my sister as she begins her journey.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience, from start to finish. The staff and Dr Kevin were very good on explaining the process. Always were flexible on appointments. We ended up with several embryos, our first transfer took. So happy with our results and will be back in two years for baby number 2!
