From beginning of treatment, we have had several issues with treatment and miscommunication with front office. Dr. Nackley was very accommodating and helpful through this process but we wish our experience would have gone different. There were several times in which we were rushed or felt as if the team was not fully aware of our case and we were just a 'number.' For example, my HSG was a traumatic experience and Dr. Nackley was not even the performing doctor. On multiple occasions the front office confirmed the wrong location for my appointment then tried blaming me even though the email confirmation said the Fort Worth office. Overall, I feel the front office team (not Dr. Nackley) did the best they could but could offer more compassion towards clients. We also had issues in the beginning with billing and insurance. I felt as if there needed to be more up front clarity rather than rushing the process and getting a family 'hooked' due to the emotional level of this process.
