As a medical provider working on the behalf of patients, the customer service received from this company is hands down THE WORST I have ever had to deal with....EVER! This company clearly will hire anyone off the street to answer their phones. They are beyond unprofessional, show that they have little to no knowledge of their products or company, and are completely rude. First and last time our office will ever use this supplier.

Horrible company. The fax is not working. For 2 month they are telling me that they have not receive my fax. I delivered the request for the walker to their office i Windsor CT. Today they told me they still do not have it. I emailed today to Jazmin.Vasquez@rotech.com. Will see that happens next. Very irresponsible people are working there.

They are pretty helpful. I've had to call many times to get the right equipment for my dad. Some of it's not their fault, it also is due to the insurance.

Horrible service. They called me and said my transport chair was set aside and all I had to do was go get it. When I got there they said that I never contacted them and that I was never in their office. They did not explain how my name got into their computer however.

It's likely that they stay in business because they are the only people in the area who can bill Medicare for this equipment

I will spend the cash and buy one at Walgreens or CVS. Much easier and no hassle at all.

Very disorganized. The worst communication I have experienced. They do not know what they're doing. Getting a rollator walker from them took about 12 phone calls. When it came in, they didn't bother to call me, I had to track them down. One of three places Medicare uses, so didn't have much choice. If I knew it was going to be this arduous and time consuming, I would have spent the $, skipped Medicare and gone to Walmart to get one. Save yourself the hassle...don't go here.

Horrible customer service. Actually, zero customer service would be more apt. It took them a month to coordinate a simple fax with my doctors office. My doctors office must have faxed required info at least 8 times. Somehow, kept getting lost at Northeast Medical. Finally after a month they tell me, even though they have a contract with Medicare, supplying certain products to Medicare participants is "discretionary" based on the amount of Medicare reimbursement. My devise came under the "discretionary" column. A matter they don't divulge until 2 days before my surgery. Cancelled the order. If you need a medical devise of any kind you would be better off making it yourself in your garage rather than deal with this company

Very unresponsive. they are the only supplier in CT for Wheelchairs etc thru Medicare as of July !. Do not deliver.

Hope they get their act together!
