It will not allow me to select zero stars. If you are providing oxygen to patients who rely on it to survive, NEVER should you be late making those deliveries. Especially DAYS late. There is absolutely no excuse for that to happen and it has happened multiple times now to my mother in-law who relies on your services. Helpful tips: 1. Hire better staff 2. Hire back-up staff 3. Do not make excuses for your poor service, DO BETTER.
