If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I have had nothing but problems with this place since I started going there 7 months ago. People do not return my phone calls, they keep ordering the wrong mask for my CPAP machine, they omit supplies in my order, They tell me their office hours are 8-5 (I still have the card with the hours on it) yet when I called a few minutes after 4, no one answers. But when I mention this, they tell me I must have misdialed. Three times??!! Then they tell me they're only open until 4:30. Then why did you write on the card you're open until 5??! They give me the wrong information and it seems like the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. I even had to, at one point, have my doctor's nurse advocate for me to get my problem fixed. I have documented all the problems I have had since going there and I am now on my 4th page. I could go on and on with everything I've been thru with this medical company. I wish I could switch, but can't because of my medical insurance. I wish I had never heard of Webb Medical.
