My husband was in the hospital several times cause of disable to walk a distance, well any way it a fact that the Doctor wanted him to get a commode for his bed side so he doesn't. Have to walk all the way in the bath room when it's a tight place to get any way, well I have given them all the info they wanted, plus a script from his doctor, and they still play stupid and insist on giving us the run around, and this was 2 months ago and the doctors office has faxed all paper work to them and still nothing and here it is March 2017 ...so I guess IAM gonna have to go one step farther and contact. Consumers and press a real complaint so it stays with there so called great record...there giving me the run around...
