Everyone at this business is there to please. Somehow this company was able to hire an entire staff that is very knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive. They have gone well above and beyond what was required to get me fitted with a CPAP mask, that worked as it should. Dewayne is who usually works with me and who solves the problems. He is a gem, and I believe that the company as a whole is a top notch organization. And "no" I'd never met a single one of the staff prior to going there.
