Dr. Herman has been away "sick" for 3 months with nothing set up to deal with existing clients. I have already paid for 10 sessions, but he cannot be reached. I have called, left several voice messages, left text messages, and mailed a letter, but received no response. I only know he is "sick" because the gym where his office is held told me this. Very unprofessional. Additionally, no access to x-rays greatly reduces his effectiveness.
