My mother had a tooth extraction and 2 fillings in July. Her insurance pays 100%. The fillings were done fine but a piece of tooth broke off and was left in the gum. It is now 10 Jan 2023 and we are still waiting for the $139.80 that was improperly charged in July of 2022. Each time we have been in the office they tell us the refund has been approved yet we are still waiting. My mother is 84 years old and on a fixed income, the dentist practice is not. They have taken our stress levels so high we go in and raise our voices just to try and get what is ours and yet they call the police and tell me I can no longer go in their office and we still do not have our money.
