I spent thirty minutes trying to see if Lifetime offered post op physical therapy. Unfortunately two of the sites that listed a phone number ended up being a fax machine and the other number I found went unanswered and switched me back to the hospital’s switchboard. My surgeon suggested them, it was a waste of my time. I will find someone interested in the job.

A nice facility but staffed very poorly. They are more concerned about quantity of patients than quality of service. They rush rush rush you out of there in 30 minutes. One minute over and they walk away from you to the next person. They make up insurance details to suit their schedule. Front office staff of 4-5 people don’t have patient people skills. One PT tech named Toni was excellent but has to conform to their schedule of Quanity not quality of service. What a shame for such a nice facility. Smh!!!!!!

I cannot praise them enough. My experience from my first contact with the office staff forward was wonderful. I worked with several of the Physical Therapists and PT Assistants while rehabilitating my arm following fracture and surgery. I found each of these professionals to be knowledgeable and caring. Everything, whether it was their findings on evaluation (which are regularly performed and updated), demonstration of the exercises and activities, and even the specific purpose of each aspect of my therapy, was not only fully explained but was explained using words and analogies that I could easily understand. I cannot imagine a more professional, pleasant, and productive PT practice.

I have been to several physical therapists in ocala, but I had exceptional results from lifetime physical therapy particularly because of Toni Ross, PA at life time. I had a total of 5 half hour sessions and had wonderful results immediately. She noticed that I was standing crooked which no one else had told me. She suggested how to fix it and gave me strength exercises for it. I came because my back was hurting and after starting all the exercises my pain subsided. She is an excellent therapist and I am going to miss her!
