Came to the DE vision academy upon a recommendation as I was seeking a second option. The staff is wonderful, efficient and trustworthy. They are more than happy to help me regarding my insurance and Dr. D'Italia takes her time with me explaining anything out of sorts. I highly recommend.

Went there and was told no out of pocket money for first visit. Then got billed a $50 copay. The therapy was $140/week witch to my knowledge is only covered by BCBS which I do not have. They must know this and should have told me that they wanted $7280/year and there were no guarantees the therapy would work(would probably have to get surgery and continue therapy was stated by Dr. Black burn). So I was lied to and stolen from ........
