Dr. Ge-Zerbe is the most wonderful doctor I have ever seen. She has helped me so much. She spends a very long time with her patients in a beautiful, relaxing setting. She is brilliant. She found things wrong with me that I did not even know I had. The lab tests confirmed her diagnoses based on her extensive exam and history. She looked at several years of lab work and found things that many doctors had overlooked. I am living on Social Security, and even though she does not accept insurance payments, it is worth every cent I pay each month. Boise is lucky to have her. She is available by phone, email, and text 24/7 if you have an emergency. Anyone who rates her with less than 5 stars shouldn't see an endocrinologist. I suggest they may need psychology counseling.

I should have known better than to get involved with this doctor, when at our first consultation she spent 20 minutes complaining about another patient she had deemed "crazy". I learned way too many things about this patient's medical history and listened to her trash this patient for half of my appointment. Highly unprofessional and a flagrant violation of HIPPA federal laws. I initially saw her for menopausal symptoms but four months later she had me on so many medications, and had changed them so frequently I was a MESS! I had severe side effects with each of these meds and every time I voiced my concerns or sypmtoms, she dismissed me and said there were no side effects with the medications she had given me. A simple google seach linked me to the manufacturers of these drugs and each one had a list of side effects that spanned 2 pages with drug interaction warnings. Some of these meds should not have been taken together at all! I was so sick for four months that I missed a month of work and my daily activities were limited due to the side effects. When I went nearly 60 hours with zero sleep, my husband was frantic and contacted her. She emailed me that I should consider meditation and was bent out of shape when I finally called her out on her poor judgement. She then told me I needed a psychiatrist!! This woman has had such a negative impact on the quality of my life that I warn everyone to please stay away!!! I continually had to ask her to update her chart notes because she had meds and dosages completely wrong to what she had actually prescribed and directed. And now she is ignoring my attempts to get my records transferred to another doctor which is what she complained about the day I met her with the "crazy" patient. Beware of this practice! She is a charlatain and extremely unethical.

I wish I had given more consideration to the reviews on this physician. Please beware!! She has a forked tongue when selling this idea of specialized health care. Maybe with other practitioners it has been successful but she is not efficient or proactive enough to follow through with taking care of her patients. I went four months of paying a monthly fee without hearing from her about my health care. I finally had to make several calls to her office and direct emails to her before hearing back on my next appointment. Every time I have gone in to see her, she spends 45 minutes of my hour talking about the money she spends and how much everything in her office costs. It is very apparent she cares only about money and not about patient care. Do yourself a big favor and go elsewhere.

I found Dr. Ge-Zerbe to be extremely knowledgable. I felt she listened to and addressed my concerns with patience and empathy. I am grateful for the referral I received to consult with her. I will continue to take advantage of the opportunity to be treated by her
