HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET STAY AWAY!
I brought in my puppy who is 5 months for his first grooming. We have waited because honestly we didn't trust any other groomer but because this is his also his vet clinic we gave it a chance. BIG MISTAKE!
They have an unexperienced and rude groomer, named Adriana, who not only cut our baby in his eye but doesn't say a thing and when confronted in the reception area she tries to lie her way out of it by saying he came like that. She was rude and nasty, even tried to raise her voice at us. Our puppy seems sad, lethargic and in pain for the cut in his eye. Stay away from the grooming services in this place, they are rude and unprofessional.
