I can never get this business on the telephone. On January 16, 2013 I did try to leave a message and the message mailbox is full. Groupon coupon is a rip off.

Made an appointment for the better bodies’ location, but when I got there no one was there. I called the lady and she sent someone out there asap, but with the wait I was there for 2hrs and only got a 40min massage. I would not recommend this place. The massage therapist was great but the company needs new management.

I made an appointment 6 weeks in advance. I was really looking forward to it and had to make arrangements for my daughter to be watched. I purchased a coupon on Livingsocial.com and called the number on the voucher to schedule an appt. I received a confirmation indicating the time and date. On the day of the massage, I went back to my voucher for a map and directions. The directions took me to Better Bodies, so I figured out on my own that the massage clinic was inside. No one was there, so I called the number on the voucher with no answer. I was just leaving when I recieved a call from them. I told the woman on the phone I was at Better Bodies where she informed me I was at the wrong location. Would they still be able to fit me in? She replied yes. To note, this was for a one hour massage. When I got to the Erlanger location I was lead up to the room and was told that I would only get a half hour massage because she was booked. I said I had paid for an hour massage and would like to reschedule then. At this point, I should have been told this on the phone before I drove over there. When I came downstairs to reschedule, I was immediately told by the woman at the desk the she cannot honor the voucher because I didn't reschedule 24 hours in advance. I had indicated that the voucher had stated that my appointment was at the Better Bodies location and it wasn't my fault I was late. Nor, did my confirmation indicate that I was expected at the Erlanger location in a very patient manner. She was extremely pissed off at this point, shaking her head at me and said we don't make any money off of these coupons and the massage therapist only gets paid $10. Wow! Extremely, unprofessional. I was then told that I couldnt get a new appointment until December in the snottiest tone of voice. I was so surprised by how she treated me that I just left. Why would I want to go back there? If they are trying to build a business, this is not the way to do so..
