After working with Ivy I am positive that I'm going to be able to reach & maintain my health goals. I was able to breakthrough a weight barrier that I had for many years without major changes in my diet and exercise. By explaining some nutrition basics along with some easy to follow guidelines, I was able to take off 10lbs and I continue to maintain my current weight. With the food plan and nutritional information Ivy gave me I never feel restricted, and I'm confident that I can make healthy choices anywhere.
I was having trouble losing some extra post baby weight that lingered for a couple years and that even with all my working out- I just could not get rid of. I contacted Ivy- and she really gave me a great plan. First- she bulleted out " tips" regarding the foods I should or should not stay away from. She also gave me two weekly menu plans with- and let me choose and how aggressive I wanted to go. What I discovered was I was basically eating all wrong- and thinking it was okay because I exercise. Instead of starving myself or crash dieting she gave me the tools and info and discipline.
