While I can see this physician receiving positive ratings in some areas, I have to share my nightmarish episode with this man. In sum, he recommended that I discontinue a very dangerous medication in a 24 hr period of time... despite the warnings in the medical literature to NOT do this. See the FDA paper specifically on the practice Dr Ramaswamy condones... Sudden Cymbalta Discontinuation Syndrome (http://www.fda.gov/downloads/Advisor.../UCM172866.pdf).
I have records of this physicican insisting with me that he made the correct recommendation. I experienced nearly all the extreme symptoms described in the paper above.
I am writing this review to warn other patients of what was uniformly decribed by the 4 physicians I have seen since... as a practice inconsistent with best medical judgement.
