Kim is sweet, knowledgeable and organized. I learned a lot about how I should be eating. I'm starting my diet today. I weigh 132.4 now, and want to weigh 120 by April 20th. I'm on a 1200cal diet (though she recommended 1500). I will update my results in 6 weeks and let you know how it worked out for me. However, if you're looking to start dieting now, she gives out cool samples/coupons, a general meal plan, and then discusses your food interests and comes up with YOUR OWN plan.
