Bias is an understatement! She's horrible! Carol is where the money is and for whom ever she finds it is from.
Our child has behavioral issues and scared of other parent. Carol thinks it is normal. Carol fabricated stories and makes you feel like you are not reading paperwork. Carol tells stories of other clients that have nothing to do with your issues just to waste time.

I would give negative stars if possible. Totally biased and doesn't listen to everything. Stay away from this woman unless you are wanting her on your side only. She should be ashamed of herself.

I have to say based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. I thought they would help us not make our problems worse. This therapist was completely biased and totally took one side over the other. It was unreal how unfair and unprofessional she was. In the report she sugar coated mother's excessive complaining and gave a plan which spanned move than 1.5 years to give mother time to file move-away which had already been tried in past. She is not someone who has a spine so to say, won't be useful if you are a father who needs a strong recommendation.Ah! what a waste of time and money!!

This mediator was very emotionally present and empathetic in every meeting, and a good listener.

However, in mediation, this is not necessarily what is needed. It also is a very serious liability when one party is extremely good at emotional/mental manipulation.

I had many (very expensive) meetings with Carol and my ex over custody issues. After going to other mediators after Carol, I realize now that she made a huge mistake by allowing my ex to use the sessions as a mechanism to vent her resentment of me and our past relationship, when it should have been about whether or not we are currently fit parents, and how much time we should both have with the children.

In the end, she gave a report that based on our meetings, didn't surprise me. She basically said that she couldn't figure out who was lying between us, but gave me just a bit more time with them, and recommended we come back to see her again after 6 months. Right, you couldn't figure it out because you let my ex vent the entire time rather than get to why we were really there.

Shame on you Carol, for wasting my time, and money. Worst of all your incompetence cost me a precious couple of years of parenting time I will never get back.

This is a totally unprepared biased mediator who does not read all the evidence and is really unprofessional old fashioned and completely unqualified.....it is hard to believe she is even a mediator....horrible

This Mediator is completely unethical and has committed numerous gross misconduct and unethical violations of Family Coury and has close ties of Judged, friends and Attorney in Sacramento. She is also biased, prejudiced and not at all familiar will family court rules. Her work ethics consist of preparing reports that are poorly investigated, conflicting, and lacks proper credentials as she instructs parties to call her "Dr. Greenfield in which holds no PhD in anything.

Use this mediator at your own risk. She is biased, unethical and makes calls with out reviewing all of the available information. Would not recommend her.
