I have been going to Dr. Cherry for a while. He did this once before and promised he would never do it again. I had been in a very bad car accident 3 yrs ago. I was refured to Andrew Cherry and started going to him 4 times a week. Never improving and really feeling worse. I told him about it and he always said it has to hurt to get better. I trused him. Me and my husband asked him have you sent our records to the Attorney. He stated he does once a week. My husband had also been seeing him from the accident. He then just ups and disapears his office cleaned out and no call no nothing we had no warning. Then almost a year later our Attorney said Cherry was back he had alot of personal things happen (His wife distroyed all of his records so he says) and then sent us back to him. I started again seeing him for a year. 3 months ago we had our court case and our attorney only had 3 sheets of paper from Dr. Cherry. Cherry never sent them the records just a bill. So since I was still seeing him I went to call him since my apt wasnt for another day and ask him to send the records. Once again Cherry has upped and disapeared. Nothing in the office no responce back when written letters were sent to him, his phone disconnected. We had no warning at all. So now no doctor will even touch me cause they have no idea what kind of things he was doing, what he had done, and my progress. So now thanks to this man I will be suffering for the rest of my life in pain!
