Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I was really glad that they customized their treatment to address my condition instead of just giving me general adjustments. Their treatment was much more effective that way. The equipment they used during my adjustment seemed very current and safe. You could tell everything was well taken care of. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.
