Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.
