I have been to Dr. Painter's Office numerous times in the past. The staff is kind and respectful. The Doctor is fantastic! The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Painter to anyone who feels they would benefit from a great chiropractor!!

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!
Did your treatments with this chiropractor eliminate your need for pain medication?
Yes, I no longer need pain medication and I feel better than I've ever felt
Did the chiropractor update you about the progression of your recovery at each appointment?
Yes, they updated me about what stage I was at in my recovery
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
No, I don't think so
Did this provider show attention to detail?
Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
