Dr. Carlock as a Chiropractor is a good, well trained doctor; however, the strength of an establishment is measured by the strength of its staff, and A Backcare Center has a revolving door of employees, many of whom are very good at their jobs! He seems to have trouble relating to his staff as human beings; as soon as they show the least amount of humanity or concerns outside his clinic, he terminates them, leaving his clients without the care of the Massage Therapists and Chiropractic Assistants they have grown to trust to perform therapies on them. Dr. Carlock may be a good Chiropractor, but I would never send anyone to his establishment; his uncaring attitude towards his staff permeates the office with negativity, and that is NOT the kind of energy a place of healing should have!
