The commercials where Dr. Neal boasts about being able to help those who other chiropractors havent, is very misleading. I have a "complicated" situation and he refused to treat me. I wasted an hour an a half of a very busy day to see if he could help me with back pain and he rudely escorted me out of his office after writing the names of 2 other chiropractors on a business card. He wasted my time and i filled out a ton of paperwork. I left confused and angry but I think I figured it out. I am retired military so Tricare doesnt pay for his services. I knew this and was prepared to pay out of pocket but never got the chance to discuss it. I have told all military not to use him or his practice.
