All I have to say is that I've been to other chiropractors in the area and Dr. Carter is the only one who has helped me, thus far.
As for marytate's review, she must have Dr. Carter confused with some other chiropractor. Never once in three years being teated by him have I ever heard anyone, including other patients, raise their voice.

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

I have been going to Dr Carter for around 6 Weeks now, as a result of a truck accident. Let me say this, First of all, Dr Carter and his staff are very helpful, and friendly. The bedside manners of the Dr. and staff are professional, they listen to what You have to say, and really care how You feel. My overall wellbeing has greatly improved in the Six weeks, not only do I feel better, and have less pain, but walk taller, and straighter. My insurance company just recently made an appointment for me to see another local Chiropractor, ( IME ) This Dr. agreed that Dr. Carter and Staff are Good People, and have been around for a long time. The IME recommended to my insurance company, that I continue to treat with Dr Carter, as I am getting better. Both of my parents go to Dr. Carter's for an occasional tune up, they are in there 70s & 80s, and they both like the service they get from Dr Carter and Staff. In my visits to this office, I have never heard any negative comments, or screaming from the Dr. & Staff. It is actually a very peaceful visit each and every time. The fact that the Doctor's office always has people going in and out, and returning for more visits should tell You they help people, not hurt. I was surprised to read the negative statement left by someone else, as this is not an accurate description of how Dr. Carter and Staff operate his business. I personally feel this person had a bad day, as some of us do from time to time, and just blew the whole thing out of proportion. I would say this, do not hesitate to make an appointment with this office, I am sure You will agree that Dr. Carter and Staff can, and will help. In closing, this is a very helpful, and peaceful office, my parents recommended Dr. Carter to me, and I will recommend the Doc. to all of You !! Craig

Dr. James Carter had treated me as well as 2 friends with horrific stories ! I was in a desperate situation and warned not to go to him,but again was desperate and he was the only one available to take me. I should have listened and just suffered ,becaue I suffered more later emotionally. This Dr. Carter was abusive to me ,screamed at me .I won't go into detail ,but trust me ,this man is too old and senile to be in practice and needs his medical license revoked .I think he must be in the early statges of undiagnosed altzeimers disease.There are different personality traits that go along with altzeimers and Dr.Carter is obviously effected in a hostile , mean aggresive form. Sadly I think his disposition has infected the whole office staff as they are as mean and nasty as he is !


Please steer clear of Dr.Carter ,he is not of sound mind ! Nor are his office staff , you will notice the atmosphere as soon as you enter the facilty , its a digrace to the medical society.
