Dr. Knoll is a kind hearted soul that genuinely cares for his patients and has the knowledge to help them.
I had seen another chiropractor and afterward experienced numbness in two fingers accompanying extreme pain in shoulder and full arm. Two more visits to that chiropractor yielded little relief.
Dr. Knoll, at Elk Rapids Chiropractic, diagnosed the issue and solved the problem substantially in the first visit and completely in the second visit. The issue has not returned.
I have nothing but respect and gratitude for Dr. Gary Knoll and his practice.

I was traveling in the East Coast for a few months and my back went out of place.
I visited 5 chiropractors before seeing Elks Chiropractic. Non of them were able to help me after several adjustments. A friend gave me Dr. Gary's contact information. I could not believe that after a couple of his adjustments I got better. My back was normal again. I am in California a year later and this problem happened again. I am back to not having luck with my chiropractors. I called Dr. Gary and he was very helpful. I hope with the information I got, someone in CA can get my back order.

Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
