They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. The treatment method was explained to me before the adjustment was performed. I appreciated the fact that I was prepared for my treatment. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Randy Russell
