Excellent!! I have been with Dr. Laura Skaates for over 15 years. Dr. Laura's associates, Dr. Jack and Dr. Alex, are also awesome! These three chiropractors have keep me up and running for a long time. I am an administrative assistant/office manager with neck and back problems due to over 40 years of working on typewriters, computers, telephones and office equipment. Due to periodic chiropractic treatments, I am active and I am able to do the physical activities that I enjoy and work part-time.

The Chiropractors are confident and helpful and were able to eliminate my pain.
I have found, however, that their pricing/charging practices are confusing, over-priced, and the office staff less than helpful in resolving issues.
Recommend you do NOT leave your credit information with the office staff: Just today (7/1/2013) someone from this office made an unauthorized $250.00 withdrawal from my credit card and, although I spoke with them this afternoon, they have yet to reverse the charge or respond via email as I had requested. My last visit with this office was circa November 2012 and my bill was paid in full in March 2013.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I never expected them to be able to help me as much as they did. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
