I thought that he was a great chiropractor. Was going to his office for a couple months and felt better afterward every time and looked foreword to future visits.

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
