They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. The whole staff is such a friendly group of people. Everyone makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive.
