Not at all! I was very comfortable during my entire treatment

Dr Hamilton is friendly and knowledgeable, however her staff is rude and their billing practices are questionable at best. They require a credit card up front to charge any co-pay after the insurance pays their portion. My credit card was charged an extra $10 for a visit and I was told it was for "additional massage" that is not covered by insurance. This was only explained to me after 3 phones calls to find out why I was charged more than my insurance said I was responsible for. I was never given a statement of charges, payments, etc. either. Not sure how I can have "additional massage" services after several adjustments in a 10 minute visit. This is just a way of adding additional charges to my bill. I will not be going back.

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.
Does this provider treat their staff well?
Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Lori is great. Very thorough and knows what she is doing. I am a triathlete and I depend on my doctors to keep me off of the injury list! Lori definitely kept me in top health.
