I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. The Chiropractor was rude, and apparently desperate for money.
