Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
