It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated.
