I visited this office recently, and do not plan to go back.
They seemed to be trying very hard to convince me that they were experts, which is something I didn't doubt, until they continually reiterated their expertise. I was in pain when I arrived, and my interest was in identifying the cause of said pain, not hearing about where they got their degrees, how long they were in business, how many patients they'd served, etc.
The doctor I saw was quick to make recommendations, but never informed me of the additional cost for these procedures. I ended up spending much more money on unnecessary things, which did not help identify the cause of my pain. Further, I was never informed of a regimen, or "plan of treatment," rather just asked at check out when I would like to schedule my next appointment. I found this to be confusing, ambiguous, and not at all professional.
I will admit I felt better when leaving than upon my arrival, however I attribute this purely to the use of the electric muscle stimulator (a device which I could have bought for less than the cost of my visit, saving significant money, time, and frustration).
Perhaps some have had good results with Binder, but neither me nor my loved ones will be going to his facilities again.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I really loved that they offered on-site X-Rays. It was so convenient, and I didn't have to spend any extra time driving somewhere else to get them done. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.
