Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I have never felt numb or stiff after my adjustments, on the contrary I felt absolutely fantastic when I left. It's obvious that they are experts at what they do and I feel very safe under their care. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. Dr. Adair has gone above and beyond any doctor I have ever met to find the cause of my medical problems after a car accident that left me feeling extremely dizzy for 4 1/2 months. He stuck with me through it all and never gave up like so many other doctors I have known. His staff is always friendly and takes the time to make that personal connection every time, be it when you call or during your office visit.
