When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. It's always nice to have comfortable chairs to sit in while you are waiting to visit the chiropractor. I appreciated the fact that they invested in the most comfortable, luxurious chairs I could imagine.

They did not pressure me to return for additional follow-up appointments. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. At some of the other places I've been to, the chiropractor had super cold hands, so I was a little nervous I would have to deal with that here, but I didn't at all. I was more comfortable than I've ever been anywhere else. I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. I was worried that my adjustments were going to be painful but they were extremely careful.
